BSA, established in 1979, it is the mechanical workshop and today is the parent company of the whole group.

Innovations, acquisitions, continuous growth and a constant commitment to meet customers’ expectations were successfully followed by more than 50 years of activity. With a covered area of about 6000 m² and a staff of 50 people has become a reference for all OEM, service centres and iron & steel works searching for high-quality components and expertise in the levelling business.

In 2018 delivered to customers a number of 54065 among rolls, backups and cassettes assemblies almost completely internally produced including heat treatment and assembly.

TERMOSTAHL s.r.l.

First manufacturing activity was established at TERMOSTAHL in 1954, it was the first company using the induction technology for heat treatments and still today, with about 3000 m² of covered area and a staff of 30 people, remains one of the most experienced induction hardening service company in Italy.

TECNO TEMPRANOVA LECCHESE s.r.l.

TTL, established in 1986, became part of BSA Group in 2012, it is one of the most advanced induction technology company in Europe with over 10 MWatt of machines in service and a staff of 60 peoples. It has been developed: there also a laser hardening facility with 4 Kw and 6 Kw output power capacity. It covers about 8000 m² of buildings and it is qualified ISO 9001 and ISO 9100 among others for automotive, aerospace and military applications. This company brought complementary innovation, manufacturing capabilities and skill to the whole Group in a vison for excellence, growth and development.

GALBIATI COSTRUZIONI MECCANICHE s.r.l.:

Recently Galbiati Costruzioni Meccaniche s.r.l. joined the Group in 2020, is a high qualified mechanical workshop for machining, mechanical engineering and construction. Galbiati is an historical company specialized in large-sized components machining and assembly (up to 120 Ton) that require technological contents and high standard precision with strict tolerances. We work for or multiple sectors that require mechanical parts and high-tech machinery like steel, energy, power transmission, aerospace etc.
