Rolls
We offer to our customers a repair and regrinding service for all the different types of rolls.
We select all the rolls according to the wearing marks, we check and grind all the sets of equal in diameter within a tolerance of ± 0.005 mm.
Your worn rolls can be reground as surface finished as new, Chrome coated to the original specifications if needed.
In case that some rolls are too much damaged they will be replaced with new ones, in the same diameter of the other reground rolls to complete the set.
Our logistic department can also take care of pick-up and delivery service in order to facilitate customer connections.

Cassette
We offer to our customers a repair and reconditioning cassette service. After a status review the cassette will be disassembled and cleaned. The backups and the rolls will be reground or made new according to needs. All the worn off components, bearings etc. will be replaced with new ones. Digital measuring systems is used for the final check after assembly.
Every reconditioned cassette will be delivered with a complete measurement test report.
